Lead Identity Security Transformation

Ready to take the next step in your cybersecurity career? We're looking for an IAM Specialist / Team Lead to help drive identity management operations, mentor team members, and support strategic identity initiatives across the organization.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy balancing technical expertise, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and people leadership.

 

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations of Okta-based Identity & Access Management services
• Oversee administration of Okta SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory
• Configure and support enterprise application integrations using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM
• Drive efficient user access provisioning and deprovisioning processes across multiple platforms
• Serve as an escalation point for complex IAM incidents and operational issues
• Guide security and infrastructure teams in implementing identity security best practices
• Support and enhance Joiner, Mover, and Leaver automation through Okta Workflows
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing across the team
• Develop operational processes, runbooks, and governance documentation
• Support audit, risk, and compliance requirements related to identity security

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta administration or equivalent IAM solutions
• Deep understanding of:
  • SAML 2.0
  • OAuth 2.0
  • OpenID Connect (OIDC)
  • Identity Lifecycle Management
• Experience integrating Okta with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and least-privilege principles
• Proven ability to handle complex troubleshooting and operational escalations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring team members or leading small operational teams
