Must-Have Skills

Deep cross-tower Treasury process transformation expertise in Treasury operations, including Cash & Liquidity Management, Financial Risk Management, In-House Banking, Payment Automation & Bank Connectivity, and Working Capital Management, with AI strategy and value architecture experience.

Job Summary

Process Excellence leads high-impact Treasury transformation engagements for global clients, combining deep process-domain expertise across Treasury processes with AI-enabled operating model design and executive advisory capability. The role drives end-to-end transformation from diagnostic through delivery, including transition programme leadership and value realization.

Roles & Responsibilities

·   Lead complex, multi-workstream Treasury transformation engagements, from process diagnostics and maturity assessments through future-state design, transition, and value realization.

·   Own deep process expertise across Treasury processes, including controls, compliance, and efficiency dimensions; guide teams on process reinvention using AI-enabled approaches.

·   Conduct and oversee L1–L4 process mapping, gap analysis, and benchmarking; translate findings into prioritized intervention roadmaps with measurable KPI targets.

·   Demonstrate experience implementing AI use cases that reinvent end-to-end business processes; connect Agentic AI solutions to measurable KPIs and business outcomes.

·   Agentic AI Design & Implementation: Lead multi-agent orchestration, roadmap creation, and human-in-the-loop design; guide pods in the rapid prototyping of AI solutions.

·   AI-Enabled Operating Model Design: Develop future Treasury operating models that combine human expertise with Generative AI and Agentic AI agents across Treasury processes.

·   AI Fluency at Scale: Apply GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, Prompt Engineering, AI governance, responsible AI, and auditability frameworks.

·   Own executive-level stakeholder engagement; partner with CFOs, Controllers, and GBS/SSC leadership to shape transformation roadmaps, secure sponsorship, and present ROI-linked business cases.

·   Programme Leadership: Oversee multi-workstream programmes spanning Treasury, Technology, and Change Management; ensure quality, timelines, and value delivery across workstreams.

·   Drive business development by contributing to pursuit strategy, proposal development, client relationship expansion, and practice revenue growth.

·   Build reusable intellectual property, including process frameworks, transition playbooks, AI use-case libraries, and benchmarks; mentor and develop a high-performing team.

Professional & Technical Skills

·   CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelor’s in Data Science – Tier 1 institute.

Good-to-Have Skills

·       Understanding of Multi-Agent AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen, and AI orchestration platforms.

·       SAP S/4HANA or Kyriba Treasury modules knowledge.

·       Process Mining using Celonis or Signavio, and RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.

·       Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP, and API integration patterns.

·       Exposure to one or more enabling Treasury systems, including SAP, Kyriba, FIS, ION, GTreasury, or equivalent.

·       Treasury process-level expertise: 2+ processes preferred, including Cash & Liquidity Management, Financial Risk Management, In-House Banking, Payment Automation & Bank Connectivity, and Working Capital Management.
