Visit us at www.accenture.com. • You will be aligned with our Marketing Operations vertical, leading data enablement for reporting, dashboarding, campaign analytics, audience segmentation, and social digital analytics services. • 5-8 years of experience in analytics engineering, data operations, data pipeline support, BI data modelling, reporting data enablement. • Strong SQL expertise for complex joins, transformations, aggregations, window functions, performance tuning, validation, and reconciliation. • Hands-on experience with ETLELT processes, recurring data feeds, scheduled jobs, data refresh cycles, and pipeline monitoring.
What are we looking for? • Strong understanding of data warehouse, data lake, relational database, and dimensional modelling concepts. • Experience building dashboard-ready datasets, semantic layers, reporting tables, BI data models, and reusable analytics data assets. • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline analytics workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. • Ability to perform source-to-target reconciliation, data completeness checks, duplicate checks, exception validation, and root cause analysis. • Experience supporting BI reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead data pulls, transformations, pipeline checks, and data validation activities across agreed analytics workstreams. • Design and maintain dashboard-ready datasets, reporting data models, semantic layers, and recurring analytical extracts. • Monitor scheduled jobs, data refreshes, and recurring data feeds; identify failures, delays, anomalies, and downstream impact. • Perform source-to-target reconciliation, completeness checks, duplicate checks, transformation validation, and exception analysis. • Investigate data discrepancies across dashboards, reports, campaign outputs, audience files, and source systems. • Partner with reporting, campaign analytics, audience segmentation, social analytics, and digital analytics teams to define data requirements and dependencies. • Coordinate with client data engineering, platform, and technology teams to resolve data access, pipeline, refresh, and quality issues. • Support optimisation of SQL queries, reporting datasets, and data models to improve performance, reliability, and scalability. • Define and maintain documentation for data extracts, transformation rules, validation checks, recurring processes, known issues, and data lineage. • Guide junior team members on SQL logic, data validation, reconciliation, documentation, and issue investigation. • Familiarity with data governance, data lineage, access controls, privacy, consent, and compliance requirements. • Basic knowledge of Python or R for data automation, validation, or advanced data preparation. • Experience in airline, loyalty, travel, retail, financial services, or subscription-led businesses.
