Who Thrives in an Automotive Sales Presenter role:

-Customer-Focused Relationship Builder: Comfortable engaging customers through in-person conversations to build trust.

-Excellent at listening to customers’ needs, and providing an engaging and informative vehicle presentation.   

-Training, Schedule & Career Growth: Ongoing sales training and coaching, approximately 45 hours per week, including evenings, Saturdays and peak business hours, with clear advancement opportunities for high-performing sales professionals.

Job Requirements for Automotive Sales Consultants:

-Prior sales experience preferred, but not required. We value resilience, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

-Outstanding computer/internet and people skills

-Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.

-Teamwork, professionalism, and reliability.

-Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years

-Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
