As a Human Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, and compliance with labor laws. You will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting HR processes to efficiently assist our workforce. Within our HR Managed Services practice, you will contribute to executing HR-related transactions and administrative activities, helping solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. This role offers opportunities to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Handling employee inquiries and issues, providing resolutions or escalating as necessary
- Coordinating staff activities to support HR operations and service delivery
- Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR transactions
- Utilizing HR software to manage employee data and documentation efficiently
- Supporting employee engagement strategies and relations through effective communication
- Implementing process documentation and improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery
- Collaborating with team members to address complex business issues from strategy to execution
- Applying HR metrics to analyze data and inform decision-making processes
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the Firm's code of conduct
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- At least 2 years of experience working in operations, shared services, data management, or related business processes
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
