We are looking for an experienced and highly organised HR Project & Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic HR initiatives across employee experience, learning and development, talent, performance, engagement, and HR operations.

The role requires strong project management capabilities combined with a solid understanding of HR processes and employee-facing programs. You will manage project plans, timelines, stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, risks, and deliverables while ensuring HR initiatives are executed smoothly and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and structured problem-solver who can independently manage multiple projects while working effectively with HR teams, business leaders, employees, and external partners.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR projects and programs, including project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Track project progress through dashboards, status reports, action trackers, and project-management tools.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Partner with HR teams, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate employee survey launches, communications, participation tracking, reporting, and action-planning activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and help translate survey insights into actionable HR programs.
• Coordinate learning and development programs, including vendor management, scheduling, communications, logistics, and program tracking.
• Support LMS administration, learning operations, training coordination, and related process improvements.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation and other employee-facing HR initiatives.
• Support recurring HR processes across performance management, compensation, engagement, learning, and talent management.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, process documents, and program records.
• Prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready project updates, dashboards, presentations, and HR reports.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, escalating concerns when required.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of HR programs and services.
• Support change-management and communication activities associated with HR initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure HR projects are delivered in accordance with agreed timelines, scope, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6–10 years of experience in HR project/program management, HR operations, L&D, change management, or a related HR function.
• Proven experience managing multiple HR projects, stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and competing priorities.
• Strong project planning, coordination, tracking, and execution skills.
• Experience managing employee surveys, engagement programs, or enterprise-wide HR initiatives is preferred.
• Strong experience in Learning & Development, LMS administration, learning program management, or training coordination is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of HR processes including performance, compensation, engagement, talent, learning, and employee experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong ability to prepare executive-level reports, presentations, dashboards, and project updates.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project-management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, HR teams, employees, and external vendors.
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
