Are you passionate about reinventing HR through human-centered design, technology and AI? As an HR Transformation Consultant in Athens, you will work with multidisciplinary and international teams to help clients design and deliver practical, future-ready HR solutions.

Join a collaborative international team delivering HR Strategy, Operating Model, Process, Service, Digital HR and AI-enabled transformation work for clients across industries.

What you will do

• Translate client ambitions and HR needs into clear business, process, operating model, digital and AI-enabled solutions.
• Design future HR visions, operating models, processes and services that improve employee experience, efficiency and strategic value.
• Lead defined workstreams within HR transformation programs, coordinating activities, outputs, risks and stakeholder inputs.
• Facilitate client interviews and workshops, synthesize insights and convert findings into structured recommendations and deliverables.
• Support the adoption of new ways of working, digital HR platforms and AI capabilities, including Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases.
• Assess workforce and capability needs, identify skill gaps and contribute to upskilling and reskilling strategies.
• Coach junior team members, review outputs and contribute to proposals, practice development and reusable assets.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree required; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, management consulting, HR transformation or Digital HR delivery.
• Strong knowledge in one or more HR domains such as HR strategy, organization design, workforce and talent, total rewards, employee experience or HR services.
• Experience contributing to end-to-end transformation programs and independently managing a defined workstream or deliverable.
• Exposure to Human Capital Management platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or ServiceNow. Relevant certification is a strong advantage.
• Interest or experience in applying AI, automation and data-driven approaches to HR challenges.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English. An additional European or Middle Eastern language is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel in Greece and internationally, based on project needs.
