Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for DAN associates: workforce planning with line managers, job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, offer preparation & approval, and candidate communication.

负责丹阳工厂员工招聘全流程：与用人部门确认人力规划与招聘需求、职位发布、简历筛选、面试组织与协调、录用报批、候选人沟通与到岗跟进。

• Manage new-hire onboarding: onboarding documentation, induction on HR policies and plant rules, buddy/mentor arrangement, and probation follow-up, ensuring a smooth and compliant start. 

负责新员工入职管理：入职资料收集与手续办理、HR 制度及厂规入职培训、带教（buddy/mentor）安排、试用期跟进，确保入职合规且体验顺畅。

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline: internal referral program, campus/internship recruitment, recruitment channels & agency management, and employer branding activities. 

建立并维护人才储备：内部推荐机制、校园招聘与实习生项目、招聘渠道及猎头/中介管理、雇主品牌宣传。

• Prepare, sign, renew, amend and terminate labor contracts for DAN associates in line with labor law and company policy; maintain the contract register and renewal tracker to eliminate expired-contract risk.

负责丹阳员工劳动合同的签订、续签、变更与解除，确保符合劳动法及公司制度；维护合同台账与到期提醒机制，杜绝合同过期风险。

• Manage the probation evaluation cycle: remind line managers, collect and review evaluation results, and handle non-conformance (extension / confirmation / termination) together with the HR Manager.

负责试用期评估管理：提醒并推动用人部门评估、收集与审核评估结果、处理异常情形（延期转正 / 通过 / 解除），并与HR经理共同决策。

• Maintain complete and audit-ready employee files (contracts, personal documents, certificates, confidentiality & non-compete agreements) and personnel archive. 
• 维护完整、可审计的员工档案（劳动合同、个人资料、证书、保密及竞业限制协议等）及人事档案管理。

• Maintain and manage employee data in the HR system (personal information, contract, position, reporting line, salary, status) and ensure accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality.

维护和管理人事系统中的员工信息（个人信息、合同、岗位、汇报关系、薪资、在职状态等），确保数据准确、及时、保密。

• Provide regular HR reporting and analysis (headcount, turnover, attendance, labor cost) to support management decision-making; keep the organization chart up to date. 

• Build up and continuously improve internal and external communication channels, ensuring timely, transparent and two-way information flow.

建立并持续优化公司内外部沟通渠道，确保信息传递及时、透明、双向。

• Organize and implement DAN employee relations activities, e.g. PCI, Mini-myVoice, employee talks and town halls; collect and analyze feedback and drive follow-up actions with management.

组织和实施丹阳员工关系活动，如 PCI、Mini-myVoice、员工沟通会等；收集并分析员工反馈，推动管理层落实改善措施。

• Collect, analyze and report employee survey results (e.g. myVoice / engagement survey), and monitor action-plan closure.  负责员工满意度/敬业度调研（如 myVoice）的数据收集、分析与汇报，并跟踪改进行动计划的落地。

• Support cultural building activities: Company Culture promotion and learning, Annual Dinner Party, company outing, SCR (CSR) activities, festival celebrations, sports & recreation and other employee care programs.

支撑企业文化的各类活动：企业文化宣传及学习、年会、旅游、企业社会责任（CSR）活动、节日活动、文体活动及员工关怀项目。

Required Skills and Education

- Good knowledge in Chinese labor law. 熟悉劳动法相关法规.

- Skill in use PC Software.熟练掌握办公自动化软件。

- Good spoken and written English.流利的英文会话能力。

- Open-minded, reliable, polite. 思想开阔,诚实可信,礼貌待人。
