Als Data Analyst - Quality Engineering (m/w/d) gestalten Sie den Ausbau eines datengetriebenen Qualitätsmanagements und tragen maßgeblich zur Verbesserung von Prozess- und Produktqualität bei. Durch die Analyse von Qualitäts-, Prozess- und Produktionsdaten identifizieren Sie Optimierungspotenziale, erkennen Qualitätsrisiken frühzeitig und schaffen die Grundlage für fundierte Entscheidungen. Dabei treiben Sie den Einsatz statistischer Methoden, die Digitalisierung von Qualitätsprozessen sowie die Einführung moderner Analyse- und Steuerungskonzepte voran. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktion, Engineering und Qualität leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Prozess- und Produktqualität.

As a Data Analyst - Quality Engineering (m/f/d), you will play a key role in expanding a data-driven quality management approach and significantly contribute to improving process and product quality. By analyzing quality, process, and production data, you will identify improvement opportunities, detect quality risks at an early stage, and provide the foundation for informed decision-making. You will drive the application of statistical methods, the digitalization of quality processes, and the implementation of modern analytics and process control concepts. Working closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams, you will make a significant contribution to the sustainable improvement of process and product quality.

Job Description:

DEUTSCH:

• Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Statistical Process Control (SPC) zur präventiven Steuerung von Produktions- und Qualitätsprozessen.
• Analyse von Qualitäts-, Prozess- und Produktionsdaten zur frühzeitigen Identifikation von Risiken, Trends und Abweichungen.
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Frühwarnsystemen sowie Predictive-Quality-Ansätzen für kritische Produkte und Prozesse.
• Überwachung und Bewertung von Prozessfähigkeitskennzahlen (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk) sowie Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
• Konsolidierung, Strukturierung und Sicherstellung der Qualität von Daten aus Produktions-, Qualitäts-, ERP- und MES-Systemen.
• Erstellung statistischer Analysen, KPI-Systeme, Dashboards und Managementberichte zur datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung.
• Leitung und Unterstützung von Digitalisierungs-, Continuous-Improvement- und Six-Sigma-Initiativen zur Steigerung von Qualität und Prozesseffizienz.
• Beratung und Schulung von Fachbereichen und Führungskräften in statistischen Methoden, Qualitätswerkzeugen und datengetriebenen Entscheidungen.

ENGLISH:

• Lead the implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of Statistical Process Control (SPC) within manufacturing and quality processes.
• Analyze quality, process, and production data to identify risks, trends, and deviations at an early stage.
• Develop and implement early warning systems and predictive quality approaches for critical products and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate process capability indicators (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk) and drive sustainable improvement actions.
• Consolidate, structure, and ensure the quality of data from production, quality, ERP, MES, and related business systems.
• Create statistical analyses, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and management reports to support data-driven decision making.
• Lead and support digitalization, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance quality performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance and training to cross-functional teams and leaders on statistical methods, quality tools, and data-driven decision making.

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH:

• Abgeschlossene technische, naturwissenschaftliche oder wirtschaftsingenieurwissenschaftliche Ausbildung bzw. Studium oder Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, in der Prozessanalyse oder einem produzierenden Industrieumfeld.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse statistischer Methoden sowie praktische Erfahrung mit SPC und Prozessfähigkeitsanalysen.
• Erfahrung in der Analyse komplexer Qualitäts- und Produktionsdaten sowie im Umgang mit KPI-Systemen und Reporting-Tools.
• Kenntnisse der Automotive Quality Core Tools (IATF 16949, VDA) sowie idealerweise Six Sigma, Q-DAS, ERP- und MES-Systeme.

ENGLISH:

• Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Several years of experience in quality management, process analysis, or a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods with hands-on experience in SPC and process capability analysis.
• Proven ability to analyze complex quality and production data and develop KPI-based performance management systems.
• Knowledge of Automotive Quality Core Tools (IATF 16949, VDA); Six Sigma certification, Q-DAS, ERP, and MES experience are advantageous.
