Manifest is one of the leading providers of Facility Management and Human Resources services in Greece. We are currently looking for an HR Payroll Officer to strengthen our Payroll team and contribute to the accurate and compliant management of payroll and employment administration processes

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle administration, including hires, terminations and employment changes through ERGANI.
• Prepare and submit employment contracts, amendments and monthly work schedules.
• Participate in the payroll process, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payroll execution.
• Support compliance with labour law, social insurance and employment regulations.
• Liaise with public authorities and relevant stakeholders regarding payroll and employment matters.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on payroll, insurance and labour law related topics.
• Maintain accurate employee records and payroll documentation.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure smooth workforce administration.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Payroll or HR Administration.
• Experience with payroll processing and employment administration.
• Good knowledge of Greek Labour Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Experience using payroll systems such as Pylon, SoftOne or similar ERP/payroll platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
