Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures, and knowledge materials.
• Support the preparation of FAQs, guides, and employee communications.
• Assist with testing HR systems and process enhancements (e.g., MyHR).
• Help maintain project documents, trackers, and testing records.
• Support the development of employee guides to improve HR service experience.
• Perform administrative and ad hoc tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good English communication is an advantage.
