This position is responsible for managing housing, company vehicle (Fleet) operations and badge administration in Korea. It ensures efficient fleet services, vendor management, cost control, insurance and accident administration, as well as badge lifecycle and access management. The position contributes to a positive employee experience while maintaining a safe and secure workplace environment.

Role and responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fleet and badge administration processes, ensuring efficient daily operations and service delivery.
• Coordinate vehicle requests, fleet maintenance, insurance, vendor management, and employee support activities.
• Administer badge issuance, access authorization, replacement, collection, and destruction processes.
• Maintain operational records, inventory, compliance documentation, and reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships, PR/PO activities, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, workplace services, fleet management, housing administration, badge administration, or a related field.
• System experience in Workday or Concur is a plus.

• Strong vendor and contract management skills
• Understanding of compliance and security requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accountability and ownership
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.​
• Business-level proficiency in English communication
