Job Description & Summary

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, partnering closely with them to deliver people strategies that enable performance, engagement, and growth. You will play a key role in aligning HR priorities with business objectives, supporting organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning.

What you’ll do

• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into effective people strategies
• Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle
• Lead workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and succession planning
• Support employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of issues
• Lead or support initiatives related to engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, and culture
• Analyse people data and trends to identify opportunities and recommend actions
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, people management, and team development
• Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are applied effectively and consistently

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including HR business partnering
• Strong understanding of core HR practices, employment law, and employee relations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and business acumen
• Experience supporting senior leaders and/or working in matrixed organizations
• Exposure to organizational change, talent management, and workforce planning
• Familiarity with HR systems and people analytics
