The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for Hotel Assistant Manager, who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Director of Rooms.

 

Responsibilities

• Hotel Assistant Manager (Assistant Front Desk Manager) oversees the Front Desk operations and acts as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior managers are not available. 
• Directs staff that performs the following duties and will also perform these duties on own:  welcoming and registering hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.  Checking guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. 
• Responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies.

 

Qualifications and Skills

• College degree qualified in Hospitality Management
• A minimum of five years hotel Rooms Division experience rooms, including at least one to two years in an Assistant Department Head position.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, good problem solving ability and be proficient in Hotel property management systems, in particular Opera and Micros Fidelio.
• Fluent in reading, writing and spoken both English & Korean language skills.
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills are essential, with outstanding demonstrated coaching and development skills.

 

Visa Requirements

• Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
