Job Summary
• This role is responsible for product line management and contribution to defining business plans and growth strategies. The role collaborates with internal teams for seamless execution and monitors KPIs to identify improvement areas. The role demonstrates a broad understanding of product categories, gathers customer feedback, and builds relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end Print category strategy, including portfolio planning, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle management.

- Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure execution of category plans.

- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

- Drive sell-through performance and optimize channel health.

- Manage SKU productivity, rationalization, and innovation pipeline.

- Deliver financial targets including revenue, margin, and inventory turns.

Knowledge Expectations

- Deep understanding of the Print industry, including hardware, supplies, and services.

- Familiarity with sell-in vs. sell-through dynamics and channel ecosystems.

- Knowledge of pricing strategies, promotional levers, and lifecycle economics.

- Awareness of customer segmentation, usage patterns, and value drivers.

- Understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and demand planning.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
