À propos de ce poste AI Product Manager GSB CS chez HP
Description -
Want to be part of shaping how AI transforms the way customers get support, solve problems, and succeed?
At HP’s Graphics Solutions Business, we are reimagining Customer Success with AI. Imagine press operators resolving issues before they need to open a case, remote engineers turning complex telemetry into actionable insights within seconds, and field engineers arriving prepared with the right knowledge and recommendations. That is the future we are building.
We are looking for an AI Product Manager to turn this vision into real products and measurable customer value. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI innovation, product strategy, and meaningful customer impact. You will identify where AI can make the greatest difference, test ideas with customers and service teams, and lead cross-functional teams from discovery through launch, adoption, and scale.
This is a highly embedded product role. The successful candidate will work side by side with the core development organization and participate regularly in product discovery, planning, solution design, and delivery decisions, including in-person working sessions at the primary development site.
If you are excited about creating AI products that solve meaningful problems and want to influence how a global technology company transforms its relationship with customers—we would love to hear from you.

- Act as the day-to-day product partner to the core engineering and data-science teams, participating directly in discovery, planning, solution design, and delivery decisions while ensuring that customer needs, product priorities, and business context remain central throughout execution.
- Build a connected Customer Success ecosystem by enabling reusable knowledge, data, customer context, identity, APIs, integrations, and telemetry across products.
- Incorporate responsible AI, privacy, security, explainability, human oversight, quality monitoring, and service continuity into product decisions.
- Define measurable outcomes, monitor adoption and business impact, and advise leadership on product investments, dependencies, risks, and portfolio priorities.
Education and Experience Required
- Experience developing AI-enabled products, generative AI experiences, intelligent agents, machine-learning capabilities, knowledge systems, analytics, or automation solutions.
- Typically 7–10 years of experience in product management, software product development, AI/ML products, customer experience, service technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience owning products from discovery and strategy through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to translate complex customer, operational, and business needs into a clear product vision, roadmap, and executable requirements.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within a highly embedded product-development model, building trusted relationships with engineering teams, and remaining closely involved in day-to-day product and technical decisions.
- Experience using customer research, qualitative insights, quantitative data, and experimentation to prioritize investments and measure product outcomes.
- Strong understanding of modern software development, data products, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and agile delivery; experience with B2B, enterprise, industrial, or service products is an advantage.
