The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can create compelling visual assets, develop original designs, and support brand-focused creative projects across a diverse range of promotional products and mediums.

This role is ideal for an experienced designer who combines strong creative skills with an understanding of promotional product artwork, decoration methods, client requirements, and production limitations. The successful candidate will also collaborate with clients and team members, manage multiple projects, and help guide creative projects from concept through pre-production.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create original designs based on client specifications, brand identity, and project requirements.
• Develop graphics, layouts, product illustrations, logos, and innovative artwork.
• Prepare artwork for production and understand imprint limitations across promotional products and decoration methods.
• Develop design concepts aligned with project resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Review final layouts and recommend improvements while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
• Work closely with clients to understand their ideas and manage expectations.
• Lead and collaborate with creative team members in developing brand concepts.
• Supervise projects to ensure materials and resources arrive on time and meet quality expectations.
• Perform other related creative duties as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience

• 5–10 years of proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a relevant design role.
• Experience leading creative teams in developing brand concepts.
• Experience working in a time-bound, deadline-driven environment.

Language Proficiency

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday.
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (USA).
• Ability to work within U.S. operating hours.

Technical Skills

• Strong visual design and composition skills.
• Layout, typography, and color expertise.
• Ability to create original artwork from scratch.
• Ability to prepare production-ready artwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications.

Industry Specific Software/Knowledge

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Adobe InDesign
• Related graphic editing and design software
• Promotional product imprint and decoration methods

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 55,000 – PHP 60,000
