The W Scottsdale WET Deck, Cottontail Lounge & Living Room is currently looking for a Guest Relations Manager to join our team!

We're searching for a candidate who can:

• Provide elevated guest service and maintain strong hospitality standards, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests.
• Serve as a VIP Host, providing personalized attention to VIP guests, special reservations, and priority clientele while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with VIP guests and regular clientele to encourage guest satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Coordinate VIP reservations, special accommodations, table placement, and guest requests in partnership with management and the service team.
• Proactively identify VIP guest needs and service opportunities, helping ensure a seamless experience from arrival through departure.
• Act as Manager on Duty on designated shifts, supporting daily operations, team execution, and overall guest experience.
• Assist with managerial oversight, including staff support, guest relations, service recovery, and service flow.
• Support the resolution of guest concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating matters to management when appropriate.
• Assist with administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to scheduling support, inventory, internal communication, reservations, guest information, and reporting.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, accountability, and a team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Adhere to all RHG brand policies, standards, and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with management, hosts, servers, bartenders, security, and other team members to contribute to the overall success of the bar/restaurant and VIP guest experience.
• Perform other supportive duties and functions as assigned or determined by management.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality and/or restaurant experience required; nightlife experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic bar and alcohol knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to cleanliness, safety procedures, and service standards.
• A guest-oriented mindset with a professional and team-focused attitude.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Necessary food handling and alcohol certifications required.
