The Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the experience of VIP and Elit guests by delivering personalized service that reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
What you will do
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for VIP, Elite, ensuring memorable and personalized experiences throughout their stay.
Review guest arrivals, departures, preferences, and profiles to proactively create tailored experiences and foster guest loyalty.
Manage guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring effective resolutions, meaningful follow-up, and complete guest satisfaction.
Partner with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure flawless execution of guest requests and special arrangements.
Monitor and manage Elite guest enquiries, reservations, and dedicated communication channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-aligned responses.
Act as a role model and brand ambassador, promoting a culture of excellence, service innovation, and continuous enhancement of the overall guest experience.
What you bring
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, , or a related field.
Have advanced computer skills including MS Office and Outlook and a thorough knowledge of the Front Office systems, such as Opera, Web Checkin, HotSoS.
Be fluent in English and Frensh.
Strong understanding of VIP guest engagement, service recovery, and luxury hospitality standards.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory guest experience, front office role within a luxury hotel environment.
