About the location:

There’s a certain magic in the air here that flows effortlessly through Old Town Square, onto Charles Bridge, over the Vltava and all the way up the tallest spires of Prague Castle – and that’s just what you can see from Four Seasons Hotel Prague. Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.

About the Role

As a Bellman, you will be one of the first faces our guests encounter and play a key role in creating memorable first impressions. As part of the Front Office team, you will ensure guests feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their stay. From assisting with luggage and transportation to sharing local recommendations and anticipating guest needs, you will help deliver the personalized service that defines Four Seasons.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a friendly, professional arrival and departure experience
• Assist guests with luggage transportation to and from guestrooms, storage areas, and vehicles
• Store and retrieve guest luggage and packages accurately and securely
• Maintain proper records of luggage handling, deliveries, pick-ups, and transportation requests
• Arrange vehicle parking and retrieval while ensuring efficient traffic flow at the hotel entrance
• Assist guests with directions, hotel information, and local recommendations
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless experience
• Support the Doorman role when required and assist with guest arrivals and departures
• Ensure all equipment, including luggage trolleys, wheelchairs, and strollers, is maintained in excellent condition
• Accurately post parking, porterage, and delivery charges during shifts
• Work closely with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to provide exceptional guest service
• Create personalized moments that enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations

What You Bring

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English and good communication skills in Czech
• Outstanding guest service mindset with a warm and welcoming personality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of Prague and local attractions is an advantage
• Comfortable using technology and hotel systems; experience with HotSOS is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift or move items up to 25 kg
• Valid driving license with confidence driving and parking various vehicle types
• Previous hospitality or guest service experience is an advantage
