Growth Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote - Philippines, Eastern Europe, and Latin America

USD Salary: Negotiable based on experience

The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and iterating on data-driven growth experiments to acquire, activate, and retain customers across the funnel. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and product, applying a test-and-learn approach to identify the highest-impact growth levers. The Growth Marketing Specialist is comfortable owning multiple channels simultaneously and uses data to prioritize efforts, validate hypotheses, and scale what works.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral channels.
• Identify, prioritize, and test growth hypotheses using structured frameworks (e.g., ICE, PIE scoring).
• Manage and optimize performance marketing channels including paid social, paid search, email, and SEO.
• Analyze funnel data to identify conversion bottlenecks and develop strategies to address them.
• Own A/B testing programs across landing pages, ad creative, onboarding flows, and email sequences.
• Collaborate with product, content, and creative teams to execute cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Monitor and report on growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, retention rates, and funnel conversion metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key growth metrics and experiment results.
• Research and implement new growth channels, tools, and tactics.
• Present experiment findings and growth insights to leadership with clear recommendations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related data-driven marketing role.
• Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data, attribution, and deriving actionable insights.
• Experience running A/B tests and managing structured experimentation programs.
• Proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar) and marketing data.
• Hands-on experience with at least two growth/acquisition channels (paid, SEO, email, referral, etc.).
• Ability to move fast, iterate, and prioritize in a growth environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with growth in a SaaS, D2C, or ecommerce environment.
• Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
• Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying for self-serve analytics.
• Experience with landing page tools (Unbounce, Webflow, or similar).
• Background in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Experience building and analyzing customer lifecycle email programs.
