Supports high-visibility initiatives such as Oracle CloudWorld and MarCom, combining creative vision with strong technical execution. Leverages AI-powered tools to enhance quality, speed, and creative impact.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end creation of videos, motion graphics, animations, and digital content.
Develop creative assets for Oracle CloudWorld, MarCom initiatives, and high-visibility campaigns.
Design event experiences, large-format print, digital, and social media assets.
Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
Develop storyboards and visual narratives to translate concepts into engaging content.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative solutions within timelines.
Leverage AI-powered creative and video tools to improve efficiency and scale production.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills
12–15 years of experience in creative design, video production, motion graphics, or marketing communications.
Strong expertise in motion graphics, animation, video production, and post-production.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience with AI creative/video tools such as Runway, Sora, Firefly, and Synthesia.
Strong skills in storyboarding, visual storytelling, campaign conceptualization, and creative execution.
Experience in event design, large-format print, digital, and social media campaigns.
Strong creative direction, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information
Experience: 12–15 years
Preferred Background: Enterprise, Marketing Agency, or MarCom environment
