As a Graphic Designer II, you will partner closely with executive leaders, branding, marketing, and cross-functional teams to create impactful presentations, infographics, and visual communications that elevate the Dexcom brand. Where You Come In

• You create visually compelling presentations, proposals, and communication materials for internal and external audiences.
• You collaborate with executive leadership, presentation specialists, branding teams, marketing teams, and key stakeholders to develop high-quality visual content.
• You transform business objectives, concepts, and handwritten notes into engaging storyboards, presentations, infographics, and visual narratives.
• You analyze, interpret, and creatively present data through effective data visualizations and presentation materials.
• You develop presentation and proposal templates that align with Dexcom brand standards and improve content consistency.
• You apply advanced slide formatting techniques to ensure professional, polished, and visually consistent deliverables.
• You convert handwritten notes, diagrams, whiteboard content, and sketches into clear graphs, charts, and visual representations.
• You create wireframes, mockups, and infographic layouts that communicate key messages effectively.
• You produce and refine infographic designs, bringing concepts to life through strong visual storytelling and design principles.
• You utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and presentation software to create, edit, and enhance visual assets, graphics, and presentations.
• You ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with established branding and style guidelines.
• You provide guidance and support to graphic design team members while helping balance project workloads and priorities.
• You manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

What Makes You Successful

• You have strong expertise in presentation design, graphic design, and visual storytelling.
• You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and have experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• You bring experience creating executive-level presentations and communicating complex information through visual design.
• You have advanced skills in template creation, slide formatting, data visualization, and storyboard development.
• You demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and graphic design best practices.
• You have a strong eye for visual composition, layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• You can effectively analyze data and translate insights into impactful visual presentations.
• You communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• You work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• You are highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when supporting executive stakeholders.
• You are willing to support business needs outside of standard working hours, including night shift schedules when required.
• Your proficiency with both MacOS and Windows environments enables you to work seamlessly across platforms.

Nice to Have

• You have experience supporting executive leadership teams and presentation centers of excellence.
• You have experience creating presentations for Finance, FP&A, Sales, and Marketing organizations.
• You bring knowledge of motion graphics, photography, videography, and video production.
• You have familiarity with marketing, multimedia design, website design, advertising, corporate identity, or product packaging.
• Your ability to stay current with design trends and audience preferences helps you continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of visual communications.
