About the Role
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to build and maintain the technical systems. You’ll combine full-stack development, automation, APIs, data integrations and GTM tooling to improve how the company captures, enriches, segments and engages leads.
This role is ideal for a strong technical problem-solver who can work independently, understand business goals, and turn them into reliable systems and automations.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Infrastructure
- Build and maintain systems for lead capture, enrichment, outbound activity, and reporting.
- Develop internal tools and technical solutions that support sales and marketing workflows.
- Improve the reliability and scalability of GTM infrastructure.
Full-Stack Development
- Write clean, production-ready front-end and back-end code.
- Build internal tools, workflow applications, and customer-facing integrations.
- Develop solutions based on evolving business and GTM requirements.
Automation & Workflow Engineering
- Identify repetitive or manual GTM processes and automate them.
- Build workflows that improve outreach, segmentation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Use custom code alongside no-code and low-code tools when appropriate.
Data & API Integrations
- Integrate CRM, enrichment, marketing, and other business platforms through APIs and webhooks.
- Build and maintain reliable data pipelines between systems.
- Ensure data remains accurate, consistent, and usable across platforms.
Tooling & Technical Strategy
- Research and evaluate new GTM technologies and platforms.
- Test and implement tools based on business requirements.
- Make practical recommendations on when to build custom solutions versus using existing tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to understand business needs.
- Translate commercial goals into clear technical requirements.
- Communicate progress, decisions, and blockers proactively.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies.
- Hands-on experience with GTM-related systems such as CRM integrations, outbound automation, lead enrichment, webhooks, or similar.
- Strong experience working with APIs and data integrations.
- Comfortable combining custom development with no-code and low-code platforms.
- Understanding of data pipelines and multi-system workflows.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Ability to independently scope, build, test, and deploy projects.
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
Perfect Fit / Culture
- Takes ownership of ambiguous problems and turns them into practical solutions.
- Thinks in scalable systems rather than one-off fixes.
- Documents technical solutions so they can be maintained by others.
- Communicates proactively and flags blockers early.
- Comfortable discussing technical requirements with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to balance technical quality with business priorities and speed of execution.
Typical Day
You’ll spend your day translating sales and marketing priorities into working technical systems. This could include building a CRM integration, connecting a data enrichment provider, automating an outbound workflow, troubleshooting a webhook, reviewing code, or evaluating a new GTM tool.
The role is largely asynchronous, with collaboration and check-ins as needed. You’ll work closely with the technical team and GTM stakeholders to prioritize projects, solve problems, and continuously improve the company’s sales and marketing infrastructure.
