About the Role
We are looking for a Copywriter & Social Media Manager to create compelling content, manage social channels, and help strengthen Spacestation Labs' online presence.
This role combines copywriting, social media management, Reddit community engagement, campaign coordination, and performance reporting. You’ll own content and social initiatives end-to-end while maintaining a consistent brand voice across every written touchpoint.
What You’ll Own
Content Creation
- Write clear, compelling copy for social media posts, blog content, ad copy, and product messaging.
- Adapt content to Spacestation Labs' voice, audience, and the requirements of each platform.
- Adjust tone from technical and informative to conversational and witty depending on context.
Social Media Management
- Own the day-to-day management of Spacestation Labs' social channels.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms.
- Monitor performance, respond to community engagement, and flag anything that requires attention.
Reddit Community
- Build and maintain an authentic presence on Reddit.
- Identify relevant subreddits and participate meaningfully in discussions.
- Contribute useful content without making Spacestation Labs feel overly promotional.
Campaign Coordination
- Manage marketing campaigns from execution through completion.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables across stakeholders.
- Keep projects organized and on track while communicating proactively when priorities shift.
Brand Voice & Messaging
- Apply and evolve Spacestation Labs' tone of voice across written content.
- Maintain consistent messaging across product pages, social posts, Reddit discussions, and other written touchpoints.
Performance Reporting
- Track engagement metrics and content performance across channels.
- Review performance data and identify what is resonating with the audience.
- Translate insights into clear takeaways that inform future content decisions.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in copywriting and social media management.
- Portfolio demonstrating range across different content formats and platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines independently.
- Hands-on familiarity with Reddit and an understanding of how online communities operate.
- Understanding of what drives meaningful engagement and authentic participation on Reddit.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or comparable platforms.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong ability to adapt tone across technical, informative, conversational, and witty content.
- Strong attention to detail in both copy quality and project coordination.

Typical Day
Your morning might start with a scan of Spacestation Labs' social channels, responding to comments and flagging anything worth escalating.
From there, you may draft a batch of posts for the week, refine copy for an upcoming campaign, or participate in a Reddit discussion where Spacestation Labs can contribute something useful.
Mid-day often involves coordinating with teammates in the Marketing department to align on campaign timelines or review assets before they go live.
You’ll wrap up by checking performance dashboards, identifying what is resonating and what needs adjustment, and updating the content calendar so the next day starts with clarity.
The role is remote and async-friendly, with touchpoints built around the team's rhythm.
