Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to work in the manufacturing, dispensing, filling and sterilization operations of the Ampoules and Eye Drops department, ensuring the required output while fully complying with applicable GMP, EHS and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all Ampoules and Eye Drops manufacturing, dispensing, filling, and sterilization operations are completed in a timely manner in adherence with local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure safety of the area through Zero Waste promotions and proactive ZAP & ZIP reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date records of production, downtime, preventive maintenance and other relevant data on a daily basis for Ampoules and Eye Drops operations.
• Ensure GMP compliance (e.g. proper labeling, line clearance) and EHS compliance (e.g. zero access, LOTO) during all operations.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and logbooks in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Identify and report any deviations observed during manufacturing, dispensing, filling and sterilization processes from approved SOPs in Ampoules and Eye Drops.
• Ensure data integrity compliance and continuously improve DI controls in line with ALCOA+ principles within Ampoules and Eye Drops manufacturing operations.

Education, Experience & Skills

• Minimum Matriculation, High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or packaging operations.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and technical instructions.
• Familiarity with good manufacturing practice and workplace health and safety rules.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work on-site shifts.
• Basic spoken and written Urdu or English for clear communication and reporting.
