工作内容及要求：

岗位任务类：

客户服务：

完成收件及初审工作，包括各类保单及营销员相关资料、照会、签收回执等的初审、收取登录等工作； 完成发件及跟踪工作，包括相关资料、保险合同、首期保险费发票、变更批注的收转发放、照会的打印发放等工作； 负责服务台保费管理工作，包括由分支机构当地承担的保险费收取录入和支付的相关工作、保费收入结帐、对帐、保费相关单证管理、保费帐户清理、银行转帐设置和修改等工作； 负责客户/营销员咨询、投诉接待工作，包括临柜业务受理、来电来访咨询的回复、协助接待投诉客户和处理总部热线相关工作等； 负责扫描归档工作，包括保单资料、营销员资料的整理复印、扫描、上传、归档装箱、系统操作等工作； 负责销售行政管理工作，包括营销员出系统资料的核对及系统操作，营销员资料管理、晋升和降职、离职等相关工作； 对营销团队进行运营相关的培训和宣导； 分公司运营总管安排的其他工作

行政管理：

维护和管理职场办公相关设备，确保能够正常运转； 负责与物业公司沟通职场管理问题，按时支付房租、水电以及设备维护费用； 协助省级办公室服务职能开展固定资产管理和职场设立/搬迁/装修/改造项目的协调工作 ； 负责信件和报刊的收发，管理快递，按时结算快递费用 ； 负责分支机构总经理的日常行政支持工作 ； 负责维护分支机构业务目标数据，制作个险渠道员工绩效奖金报表以及处理营销政策执行的特别申请； 负责各类政府公文的接收、登记、公司内部流转以及存档工作； 协助分支机构负责人完成媒体关系维护、媒体风险事件处理、品牌宣传等相关工作，包括收集所属机构的各类工作和活动素材向公关部内刊投稿等工作； 在分公司人力资源、财务和合规的指导下，协助完成需要在当地对接的相关行政支持工作； 协助总公司机构发展部完成机构行政许可事项变更、批文传递、文件准备等工作 ；

录用条件：

知识/技能/学历

大学本科及以上学历； 2年以上工作经验，1年以上保险公司从业经历； 良好的时间管理能力； 具备独立工作能力及良好的沟通协作能力； 熟练使用Office，精通Word和Excel； 达到公司为此岗设置的工作内容要求以及考核指标； 达到岗位职责描述的要求。
