This position communicates with customers in order to solve billing issues while providing excellent customer service. This position resolves discrepancies on shippers’ invoices, researches billing issues, makes adjustments as necessary, educates customers on billing services UPS offers, and initiates contacts (cross-functional and external) to resolve billing problems. The employee performs other tasks as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing billing activities, preparing operational reports, creating and maintaining recurring billing orders, reviewing billing information, processing adjustments, and validating data to ensure accurate billing. The role requires managing multiple requests and ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines.

Required Skills:

• English: B1 (Intermediate) level, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal interactions.
• Excel: Intermediate level – Experience managing databases, filters, creating PivotTables, using VLOOKUPs, and running pre-established macros.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when reviewing billing and financial information.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, follow established processes, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Proactive communication, including raising questions or concerns in a timely manner when clarification or support is needed.
