As a Full Stack Engineer - Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and mentoring software engineering teams to enhance performance and deliver exceptional user experiences
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Utilizing application frameworks and software development methodologies to streamline project execution
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across systems
- Conducting code reviews and promoting adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implementing continuous integration and delivery practices to improve software deployment processes
- Addressing technical challenges and troubleshooting issues to maintain software quality and reliability
- Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and fostering a culture of innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
