Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and refining complete system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating seamless experiences for users while ensuring robust and scalable backend solutions. Your work focuses on delivering innovative and effective solutions that address complex business challenges. You collaborate within an agile environment, embracing cloud-first approaches and continuously exploring new technologies to enhance the overall system performance and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full stack.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
