Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within a cloud-first and agile environment, the engineer balances creativity and technical expertise to address complex business challenges effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PostgreSQL.
- Experience in designing and optimizing database schemas to support scalable applications.
- Strong knowledge of backend development principles and integration with frontend components.
- Ability to write efficient queries and perform performance tuning for complex database operations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments and deployment strategies.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to database and application layers.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in PostgreSQL.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
