We are looking for professionals with 8+ years of relevant experience in evaluation, policy analysis, impact assessment, monitoring or applied research.

Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- University degree (Master's or PhD is considered an asset)
- Proven experience in evaluation, monitoring, policy analysis, impact assessment or applied research
- Previous participation in projects funded by the European Commission, EU Agencies, International Organisations or Public Authorities
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience conducting interviews, surveys, stakeholder consultations and data analysis
- Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills
- Excellent command of English
