Our organization is dedicated to solving essential business challenges through the implementation and utilization of AI. In this position, you will work closely with customers to gain a deep understanding of their operational challenges, and take end-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation, and improvement of AI-driven solutions. A major appeal of this role is the practical experience you will gain in driving business transformation while engaging with both business and technology. You do not need to possess all the required skills at the time of joining; you will be able to enhance your expertise step-by-step while acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills through training and OJT.

We also expect you to accumulate the insights gained from each project into reusable mechanisms and expand our reproducible delivery model.

Position Details

・Organizing business processes, challenges, and constraints through interviews with customers
・Visualizing "As-Is" and "To-Be" states, and designing/prioritizing AI use cases
・Defining project objectives, KPIs, scope, requirements, and success criteria
・Building consensus with customers and internal stakeholders, and formulating/driving project plans

・Designing AI agent workflows, prompts, tools, etc., and creating skills

・Implementing prototypes using coding tools and other resources

・Hypothesis testing and continuous improvement based on customer feedback and evaluation results

・Testing, QA, and release considering operational requirements, as well as post-deployment problem-solving

・Facilitating customer meetings, and managing schedules, issues, and risks

・Providing user onboarding, training, and adoption support

・Measuring implementation effectiveness and proposing/executing subsequent improvement measures

・Sharing and standardizing insights, templates, components, and best practices gained through projects

Work Environment
Approximately 30 members by the end of the year, growing to around 50 members from the beginning of the next year.

Mandatory Qualifications:
We target individuals who possess skills and experience in the following three areas. However, it is not mandatory to have practical experience in every single item at the time of joining. We expect you to expand your area of responsibility through internal training and OJT, starting from your existing experience and strengths.

・Experience in creating business documents such as proposals, meeting minutes, and reports

・Experience in conducting customer interviews and facilitating meetings

・Experience in forming hypotheses for issues and making improvements based on verification results

・Experience in managing schedules, tasks, issues, risks, and priorities to drive projects forward

・Experience in designing meeting objectives and key discussion points, and driving consensus-building among stakeholders

・Ability to logically organize and structure complex information and issues, and explain them clearly to stakeholders

・Experience in successfully completing projects

・Experience in knowledge transfer (KT) and ensuring adoption after project completion

・Basic knowledge of the mechanisms and characteristics of LLMs (Large Language Models)

・Basic knowledge of and experience with prompt engineering

・Basic knowledge of typical AI agent design patterns and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

・Basic knowledge of AI ethics, security, and the handling of personal/confidential information

・Knowledge of AI use cases in business

・Experience in utilizing AI for operational efficiency or problem-solving in work, studies, or personal projects

・Experience in designing or implementing AI agents

・Development experience using coding tools

・Programming experience using Python or TypeScript

・Experience using AI agent platforms

・Knowledge and experience in API integration, data processing, and error handling

・Basic knowledge and practical experience with version control using tools such as Git

・Experience in performing operational testing, debugging, or quality assurance

・Experience in documenting design details, implementation methods, and verification results in a format accessible to other members

TOEIC score of 800 or higher (or proof of equivalent English proficiency, or a degree from a university in an English-speaking country). Proof of certification is required by the time of the job offer. If you do not have a score or a certificate, we will guide you to take the TOEIC IP test hosted by our company during the selection process.
