We’re looking for a driven, solutions-focused Outside Sales Account Manager to join our Fluid Power team in the Salt Lake City, UT area.

Essential Functions
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in partnership with your District Sales Manager
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, customer visits, and presentations
Build, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships across an assigned territory
Partner with experienced inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions that solve customer challenges
Leverage CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline, territory, and sales activity
Experience, Education and Skills
3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience — Fluid Power sales experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus preferred), or equivalent experience
Hands-on knowledge of fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a strong advantage
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strong computer and technology skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use CRM systems and related applications
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
