We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Fleet Analyst – Asia to join our high-calibre team. This role is responsible for optimising Aggreko’s fleet performance across North Asia and South East Asia by using data-driven analysis to support capital expenditure (CapEx) decisions, improve fleet utilisation, reduce slow-moving assets, and manage fleet disposal activities. The position works closely with sales, operations, logistics, finance, and product teams to ensure fleet availability, accurate data management, efficient asset transfers, and timely project delivery.
It also drives continuous improvement initiatives through process optimisation, SOP development, and stakeholder collaboration, while maintaining compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and resourceful problem solver with strong communication, leadership, and project management skills, capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment through effective use of data, ERP/CRM systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll do:
Capex support
- Analyse performance of fleet in our capex plan, and determine effective solutions to support capex requests
- Advise on opportunities that improve on average, peak physical and dollar utilisation
- Validate data required with other departments such as sales, operations, and product owners to support capex requests
- Drive data accuracy within the fleet team, and other key stakeholders such as sales and operations
- Support our finance teams requests for capex updates
Driving utilisation
- Identifying sourcing solutions for new opportunities within local, Asian and APAC region
- Running fleet analysis to support key projects and events
- Execute initiatives set by the manager and the business to improve utilisation for North and South East Asia region
- Partnering with the Operations and Logistics team to ensure jobs are delivered on time
- Advising on fleet strategy for the region to drive improvement of average, peak physical and dollar utilisation
Slow moving and disposal analysis
- Running analysis and monthly reporting on Slow moving assets
- Determine and drive the strategy to support the reduction of slow moving assets
- Drive the disposal of approved fleet in partnership with the Operations department
- Processing Aggreko Disposal requests and approvals
- Converting requested fleet to depot use only assets
Continuous improvement
- Develop wholistic improvement plans that support the fleet team and our partners
- Create SOPs and WIs in alignment with leadership and Aggreko policies
- Coordinate and lead process improvements within the fleet team, and key stakeholders
Others
- Processing Aggreko Transfer Requests (ATR) and intercompany re-hire requests
- Adhoc compliant processing to add or remove fleet within our ERP
- Updating and managing tracking of fleet enquiries
- Escalating risks early and partnering with leadership and other key stakeholders to find solutions
- It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable for compliance to the Aggreko Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and local legislation.

- Strong Microsoft applications, ERP systems, CRM and project management software.
- Proven accurate attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced stressful environment
- Experience with QMS, ISO9001, Data Management preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of energy and self-motivation.
