- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that support Finance, Procurement, Payroll, and Sales Operations stakeholders.
- Create and maintain system documentation, configuration records, and process guides.
- Provide day-to-day user support, training, and troubleshooting for finance application users across the organization.
- Manage relationships with application vendors, including support escalations, renewals, and roadmap discussions.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Sales Operations, Business Technology, and InfoSec to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Support Five9’s AI Center of Excellence by identifying and supporting opportunities to leverage AI to automate expense management, procure-to-pay, and bill-to-cash related processes.
- Stay current with new features and releases across supported platforms, recommending improvements where appropriate.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Sales Operations, Business Technology, InfoSec, and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
