General summary:

The Field Operations Technical I will be a key member of the Technology Services team, providing essential technical support for client locations. This role involves offering help desk phone support, providing PC support, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with third-party service providers and software/hardware vendors. Responsibilities include the installation of hardware, software, cabling, and other related tasks to ensure systems operate smoothly.

The Field Operations Technical I will use an IT ticketing system to log, track, update, and communicate progress on all service requests. Additionally, the role requires travel to various clinics to provide on-site support for clinic users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining a high standard of customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with clients, resolve technical problems, and contribute to the overall success of the Technology Services team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide help desk phone support and PC support for client locations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers and software/hardware vendors as needed.
• Install hardware, software, cabling, and related equipment to ensure smooth system operation.
• Use an IT ticketing system to log, track, update, and communicate progress on service requests.
• Travel to various clinic sites to provide on-site technical support and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service while working closely with clients.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Technology Services team through effective problem solving and support.

Education:

• Associates Degree Preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for all remote/hybrid positions. 
• Must have access to stable Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth to support video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and other online work-related activities. 
• A HIPAA-compliant work environment is required, including a secure workspace free from unauthorized access or interruptions, no use of public Wi-Fi unless connected through a secure company-provided VPN, and compliance with all applicable HIPAA privacy and security regulations.

The base compensation range for this position is:

Compensation ranges could be hourly or salary depending upon the exempt status of the posted position.

Beginning compensation is determined based on objective factors such as location, qualifications, skills, certifications, and experience. Typically, a candidate is hired in the lower to midpoint of the range; the top end of the range is reserved for candidates with extensive specialized experience and mastery within the role. Compensation may increase over time based on performance, experience, and tenure.
