Job Description

総務業務や事務サポート業務に携わっていただきます。以下は業務の一例になります。

・オフィスの整理整頓

・郵便物・社内便・その他の荷物の配布や集荷作業

・文房具・清掃用品・ユニフォームの在庫管理、発注作業

・名刺の発注・配布

・請求書処理

・イントラネット管理

・海外からのVisitor来日時の準備（昼食手配、コーヒー・お菓子の準備など

）

・Sales Order関連書類のファイリングサポート

・Invoice等書類の電子保管・管理

・入札関連書類の作成および発送

・保守契約実績表の作成

・Excel・Wordを使用した各種書類作成サポート

※担当いただく業務は、ご経験やスキル・ご希望に応じて調整予定です。

【必須条件】

・企業での社会人経験3年以上

・Microsoft社のソフトウェアの基本操作ができること（Outlo

ok、Word、Excel、PowerPoint）
