We will count on you to:

• Produce and manage business development and revenue generation for the Korean facultative business.

• Lead and manage relationships with reinsurance markets.

• Develop and present new/ renewal/ prospective presentation to clients and reinsurers.

• Produce new clients and design programs for them, establish relationship through meetings and exhibit professional skills.

• Support the best broking practice, which includes client proposal, presentation, market submission and execution etc.

• Work with other brokers, technical support and placement teams to ensure a full quality process of the business.

• Make sure the business operations and documentation are conducted according to compliance and professional standard.

• Liaise with Guy Carpenter’s global network in obtaining expertise and support.

• Mentor and develop the team.

• Provide technical training to clients and colleagues.

What you need to have:

• Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in the facultative/ P&C broking space, with a focus on the reinsurance sector.

• Strong experience in facultative markets, particularly in Korea.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as insurance, risk management or related discipline.

• Customer-focused with strong sales drive. Self-motivated and excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Strong client orientation mindset with a proven track record in delivering exceptional service to clients.

• Experience in team leadership, including growing, managing and mentoring a team.

• Strong communication skills in English and Korean.
