About You
Cromwell Property Group is seeking an Executive Team & Office Assistant to join our team in Sydney in a permanent position.
Supporting the Chief Investment Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal & Commercial Officer, you will bring strong organisation, sound judgement and a proactive approach to managing competing priorities. You are comfortable working with confidential and commercially sensitive information and can build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business.
You will also play an important role in supporting the day-to-day coordination of our Sydney office, combining high-quality executive support with a practical and collaborative approach to office operations.
You will bring:
Substantial experience in senior administration or executive support, including supporting multiple senior executives.
Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, meetings and confidential documentation.
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and respond calmly when plans change.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Experience coordinating office services and working with internal service teams or external suppliers.
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly across Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
Discretion, accountability and sound judgement when handling sensitive information.
About the role
Reporting to the EA Team Leader, you will provide coordinated, confidential and proactive support that enables three senior executives to use their time effectively and remain focused on key business priorities.
You will manage complex diaries, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare expense submissions and support well-organised meetings. You will also prepare and quality-check documents and presentations, maintain accurate action records and follow up agreed commitments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing executive calendars, delegated inboxes and competing priorities.
Coordinating travel, accommodation, itineraries and expense administration.
Organising meetings, papers, presentations, minutes and action records.
Formatting and quality-checking Board and committee materials.
Providing a professional first point of contact for Sydney office visitors.
Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, couriers, office supplies, access and service requests.
Maintaining clear administrative records and handover information.
Providing agreed coverage for other executives, assistants and office administration when required.
