- 合作廠商合約管理
- 硬體設施及設備管理（家具、燈具、影音、餐具／杯具等）與維護管理 (修繕需求的商討與監工)
- 食材庫存、保存及效期管理
- 各式酒類之保存、採購及市場資訊蒐集
- 協助場地的藝術品與園藝管理 : 協助藝術品展示及維護管理、與專業園藝師溝通，維護植栽健康與景觀品質

2. 餐飲與宴會規劃安排：
- 賓客席位規劃與喜好分析、掌握飲食禁忌
- 菜單設計
- 搭配餐酒建議與安排

- 迎賓接待及餐飲服務品質督導
