Job Role: Executive Assistant

Compensation range: $1,500 USD - $1,800 USD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the client’s US business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday, client’s time zone) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian and US companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: Our client is a US-based business owner running multiple businesses, including an AI marketing agency, an e-commerce furniture brand, and a mobile cleaning franchise. With each business at a different stage of growth, they are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant who can work across all three businesses, take ownership of priorities, and operate with a high level of autonomy to keep day-to-day operations organised and moving forward.

Role Overview: The Executive Assistant will provide hands-on administrative, marketing, and operational support across the client’s three businesses. This role is suited to someone who can confidently manage day-to-day priorities, work across multiple platforms, and take initiative without needing constant direction. You’ll work closely with the client and their existing teams to keep tasks moving, support business growth, and ensure key priorities are followed through.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the client’s calendar, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative needs
• Track priorities, follow-ups, and outstanding tasks across all three businesses
• Manage social media accounts and support day-to-day marketing activities
• Monitor and respond to incoming leads and enquiries
• Set up and manage marketing funnels using GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Coordinate with the existing GHL team to communicate priorities, follow up on tasks, and keep campaigns moving forward
• Manage Shopify and TikTok Shop accounts, including product listings, orders, and store updates
• Proactively identify priorities, take initiative, and follow through with minimal supervision

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting digital marketing and e-commerce operations
• Strong experience in administrative support, social media, e-commerce, and marketing funnel management
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Jobber
• Experience working US-aligned hours, with a genuine preference for this schedule long-term
• Experience with influencer marketing or coordination is an advantage
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
