About the role

Supports the administrative and coordination needs of F‑2‑F / virtual / hybrid events (e.g. trade shows, conventions, conferences). Assists the event team with routine tasks such as preparing documents, updating databases, managing simple exhibitor and visitor inquiries, and supporting basic sales activities. Contributes to maintaining event brand standards by ensuring accuracy and consistency in assigned materials and data. Ensures timely follow‑up on assigned tasks, supports internal communication flows, and maintains clear, accurate documentation across all event phases.

Key responsibilities

• Provide event support assistance to all inbound queries

• Handle all inbound calls, emails, chat and social media inquiries for all RX Events

• Respond to inbound calls from attendees, exhibitors and conference participants with questions regarding registration, general show info, pricing, etc.

• Make outbound calls to attendees and exhibitors to increase attendance at shows and assist with registration process

• Read and respond to all email inquiries for all RX Shows daily

• Provide event support on exhibitor portals and visitor registration

• Respond quickly and efficiently to customer queries via chat, email, telephone and social media

• Take ownership of queries from start to finish

• Ensure all communication, written or verbal is clear, concise, polite and informative

• Identify process and functional inefficiencies that damage the customer experience and escalate to CRM with suggestions

About you

• Bachelor's degree

• Prior relevant training or related work experience

• Able to follow set instructions and processes to complete work

• Can perform tasks well without supervision and can apply skills on the job

• Working knowledge and skills in event support or customer service

• Proactive in seeking out information about each show to provide accurate information to customers

• Ability to listen actively and identify customer needs

• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
