Working within Corporate Digital Enablement and partnering closely with Finance, Procurement and other business stakeholders, this role serves as the primary functional and technical owner of Acumatica. The ERP System Administrator will configure and optimise the platform, support evolving procurement capabilities, manage system changes and upgrades, and ensure effective governance across a shared ERP environment.
The role also provides operational ownership of the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration through Celigo middleware and supports the health of other key integrations across Alimentiv’s enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
-
Serve as the primary administrator for the Acumatica ERP platform, managing system configuration, user access, security, workflows, module settings and ongoing platform administration.
-
Configure and optimise Acumatica functionality supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Project Accounting, billing, financial reporting and month-end close.
-
Design and implement solutions using native Acumatica capabilities, including Generic Inquiries, Business Events, push notifications, custom reporting and approval workflows.
-
Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes and deliver system enhancements that improve data quality, operational efficiency and user experience.
-
Support the continued development of Acumatica procurement functionality, including vendor management, requisitions, purchase orders and associated Finance and Procurement workflows.
-
Own the operational health of the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration via Celigo, monitoring integration flows, troubleshooting exceptions and field-mapping issues, identifying root causes and coordinating resolution with developers and vendors.
-
Support and monitor adjacent ERP integrations, including banking, HR and reporting/data integrations, while maintaining clear documentation of system architecture, field mappings, data flows and change history.
-
Play a central operational role in Acumatica upgrades, including customisation risk assessments, test validation, coordinated implementation and post-upgrade stabilisation.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve Acumatica issues, working with implementation partners and vendors where required while developing internal knowledge and reducing long-term vendor dependency.
-
Maintain strong system change governance, testing all configurations before Production deployment and ensuring changes, customisations and cross-functional impacts are appropriately documented, assessed and approved.
-
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Acumatica administration experience, including Finance and related modules. Direct Acumatica experience is required for this position.
-
Hands-on experience administering and configuring Acumatica functionality, including Generic Inquiries, Business Events, push notifications and approval workflows.

-
Strong understanding of ERP-supported Finance processes, including AP, AR, General Ledger, Project Accounting, billing, financial reporting and month-end activities.
-
Experience supporting and improving ERP functionality across Finance, Projects and Procurement, with the ability to learn and administer additional modules as business requirements evolve.
-
Experience supporting ERP integrations and middleware solutions, ideally including Celigo or comparable integration technologies.
-
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with experience identifying root causes, resolving system and integration issues and coordinating effectively with technical partners and vendors.
-
Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools connected to ERP data sources is preferred.
