·       Experience applying regulatory requirements throughout product development, design control, configuration management, manufacturing change control, and supplier management.

·       Strong ability to interpret technical standards, convert requirements into engineering actions, and communicate risks and decisions to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

·       Experience working with external test laboratories, certification bodies, auditors, suppliers, and cross-functional product-development teams.

·       Preferred Qualification - Technical knowledge of compliance test equipment, test procedures, agency submissions, certification reports, critical component documentation, and requirements for establishing a world-class compliance test capability.

·       Strong project-management, organizational, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
