Job requirements
Experience Range: with at least 1 to 3 years of IT infrastructure experience, including hands-on exposure to Azure cloud operations and L1 production support Key Responsibilities:
Deliver L1 support for Azure infrastructure and platform services in production and non-production environments, ensuring timely incident response and operational continuityMonitor Azure services, alerts, dashboards, backup status, and patch compliance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and ServiceNowPerform initial triage and first-level troubleshooting for incidents involving Azure virtual machines, storage, networking, identity, and backup failuresMaintain ServiceNow ticket hygiene by accurately categorizing, prioritizing, updating, and documenting tickets in line with SLAsExecute approved SOPs and runbooks for routine operational tasks such as service checks, backup verification, log collection, and patch readiness checksAssist with patching activities using Azure Update Manager, including compliance review, schedule tracking, and post-patching health checks under guidanceSupport vulnerability remediation by validating assets, updating status, and escalating blockers to senior teamsEscalate incidents to L2/L3 teams with clear documentation of troubleshooting steps, impact, and evidenceRequired Skills:
