Experience Range: Lead Engineer with at least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and related Microsoft technologies, including solution design and implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) entities, workflows, forms, and features to address complex business requirementsDevelop, deploy, and maintain custom C# processes and integrations within Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring robust performance and scalabilityDesign and implement data import/export solutions, maintaining data integrity and facilitating seamless migration between systemsCreate and optimize JavaScript, HTML, and SQL scripts to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality and improve user experienceApply Dynamics 365 solutioning best practices to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure systemsIntegrate Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to extend business capabilitiesUtilize Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps for data integration and automation tasksTroubleshoot technical issues within Dynamics 365 and related platforms, providing effective resolutions and continuous improvementRequired Skills:
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) configuration and customizationEntity customization, workflow creation, and form design in Dynamics 365Data import/export and migration techniques for Dynamics 365Custom C# development for Dynamics 365 processesProficient in JavaScript, HTML, and SQL scripting for Dynamics 365 enhancementsKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning and best practicesHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Basic proficiency with Azure Data Factory and Logic AppsPreferred Skills:
Experience integrating Zendesk with Dynamics 365Experience using Jira for project tracking and issue managementMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant certification (MB-210) or equivalentAdvanced Power BI data modeling and visualization skillsFamiliarity with Dynamics 365 CRM administrationDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related disciplineMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant certification (MB-210) or equivalent is desirableCertification in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure Data integration (such as PL-200 or DP-900) is advantageousStrong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.Proficiency in entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export within Microsoft Dynamics.Experience developing and deploying custom coded C# processes.Capable of reading and writing JavaScript, HTML, & SQL.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning & best practices.Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) & Logic Apps.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.Experience with Zendesk & Jira is a plusMicrosoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant or equivalent, are desirable but not mandatory
