Job requirements
Experience Range: With 7 to 10 years of experience in project and delivery management, including demonstrated success managing complex programs and cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standardsDevelop, track, and manage Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring clear scope definition and effective scope control throughout the project lifecycleMonitor project performance using analytics and reporting tools, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesManage project P&L, overseeing budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability and accurate revenue projectionsDrive program management activities across large-scale engagements, coordinating resources and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomesHandle escalations promptly, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teamsForecast and track revenue, collaborating with finance and leadership to ensure accurate projections and optimize business impactMentor and manage project team members, fostering a high-performance culture and facilitating professional developmentRequired Skills:
Advanced proficiency in project analytics and reporting toolsExpertise in SOW creation, scope tracking, and change managementStrong knowledge of P&L management and financial forecasting methodologiesHands-on experience in program management for large-scale delivery engagementsProficiency in revenue forecasting and tracking for complex projectsIn-depth understanding of escalation management processes and resolution strategiesExperience with resource allocation and cross-functional team managementSkilled in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or SmartsheetComprehensive knowledge of delivery management frameworks and best practicesPreferred Skills:
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologiesFamiliarity with cloud service delivery and SaaS environmentsExpertise in risk management and compliance for enterprise projectsProficiency in advanced data analytics for project performance optimizationKnowledge of contract management and vendor negotiationCertification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement frameworksDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a closely related disciplineProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile certification
