📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a B2C Performance & Merchandising intern to join our Marketing Operations department, within an international team. You will work in close collaboration with the B2C Specialist for Benelux, Germany & Austria, providing support on various operational missions to ensure a Veepee storefront that is as attractive as possible for our members.

🎯 TASKS

As the right hand of the B2C Specialist for Benelux, Germany & Austria, your responsibilities will be:

Daily visibility & merchandising optimization:

Manage the daily "hiding" process: analyze sales performance against KPI thresholds, decide which sales to keep, extend, or hide, coordinate decisions with other teams, and execute the decision on the site management platform.

Manage the daily homepage merchandising across your markets: lock, hide, and add sales, marketing banners, and other homepage elements in the correct verticals and positions, according to marketing and sales planning.

Monitor the overall layout of sales across verticals and countries, checking that content (texts, visuals, banners) is correctly displayed and properly assigned to the right section.

Monitor and review the process of the weekly and daily invitation emails for correct configuration and spelling.

Occasionally update homepage background images across markets, using visuals provided by the design/marketing team.

Support & Additional Projects:

Support the team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting, notably in analyzing sales KPIs to understand what's performing and why, as well as optimizing processes and working methods.

Cross-functional & International Collaboration:

Collaboration with your counterparts in France, Spain, and Italy to share best practices and align the B2C strategy at a European level.

A fast learner & a problem solver

Data driven & KPI oriented : You are comfortable working with data and KPIs and use insights to monitor performance and support decision-making.

A Marketing or Commercial Management student.

Your mother language is French or Dutch and you are fluent in English.

Fluent in both written and spoken communication.

Open for an internship of min 6 months, starting from January 2027

It's an international team (France, Spain, Italy) that is dynamic and passionate about optimizing the customer experience and sales performance. We work in synergy to ensure that our sales and our platform captivate and engage our millions of members across Europe.
