About the role
The E-commerce Manager establishes brand and channel preference, generates revenue and executes data-driven strategy for Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin. The E-commerce Manager supports the Commercial Director and Director of Revenue Management to execute strategies in online distribution and measures success through outcomes supported by analytics and reporting

What you will do

Manage hotel products and contents on all online channels like WeChat iShop, Ctrip, Fliggy, Douyin, Dianping.com, Red, Tiktok etc. Property primary point of contact with vendor on daily operations

Improve customer shopping experience, click-on rate and traffic & conversion rates with proper visual designs & marketing concept that discussed with vendors & property PR team.

Provide monthly & quarterly analysis including performance of campaigns and channels along with return on investment statistics.

Reach & develop promotions/partnerships with new commercial platform to further hotel’s online presence and revenue, and negotiate on behalf of the hotel for new online marketing initiatives

Perform added tasks or projects as assigned by the Commercial Director.

提供月度和季度分析，包括活动和渠道的绩效以及投资回报统计。

与新的商业平台达成并发展促销/合作关系，以促进酒店的在线展示和收入，并代表酒店就新的在线营销计划进行谈判。

执行商务总监分配的附加任务或者项目。

What you bring

Experience with e-commerce platforms, consumer engagement and and

strong awareness of the digital world.

Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail and organization

Strong analytical mind for business interpretation.

Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Good ability in speaking, reading and writing English.
